We turn WASTE such as industrial sewage sludge or agricultural organic waste, like bamboo, rice husks, coffee husk, etc., into a useful product – BIOCHAR – by pyrolysis or gasification. BIOCHAR can be used in various applications to improve soil conditions and to create CARBON CREDITS for carbon sequestration in carbon sinks to combat climate change.


Carbon Solutions International is striving to bring these solutions (services and products) to Vietnam, the region and to other parts of the world for the removal of carbon from the atmosphere and thus reducing the contributing factor for global warming.



Our aim is to maintain a liveable planet for future generations with cost effective and sustainable solutions.

The Green Tech Incubator is an initiative supported by the Digital Transformation Center Vietnam - on behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).

It is implemented by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH in collaboration with Viet Nam's National Innovation Center of the Ministry of Planning and Investment.

As part of the program, Carbon Solutions International joined 46 other applicants and were selected as one of the top 20 best startups to undergo a one-month training on Design Thinking and Lean Startup bootcamp. Through this intensive training, we honed our skills in developing innovative solutions that are not only sustainable but also profitable.

Carbon Solutions International is delighted be one of 12 best startups selected after the Crash Test on 13 January 2023, to continue their final journey with the Incubator over the coming two months.

We were honored to have final pitching at
DEMO DAY on 24th March 2023 and won 4th place  along with the prestigious "The SEA" award of the program.
